Alternative funeral ceremony 

A funeral ceremony gives an opportunity to create a personal farewell for your loved ones. You can design the ceremony exactly as you wish, or as the departed one wished. I am att service to you help to honor the loved one who has passed away. The ceremony can be arranged outdoors or in a venue of your choice.

Support during the last days of your life

Are you at the end of your life and feel alone in this vulnerable situation even though you have loved ones around you? Do you want to talk to someone other than family about the forthcoming death? Maybe they have enough to deal with their own grief and upcoming loss? If you feel worry, fear, panic, stress or hopelessness because of your situation, it is important that you can bring up and talk about these feelings and thoughts with someone. At some point we need support in letting go and giving ourselves a sense of relief, freedom to move on.

    If we learn to love life as it is, we will not experience the frustration and anxiety that arises when we fight. Once we have accepted reality, we come into balance and become energetic and fearless in an obvious way. The Work has brought me peace, joy and love to life, give yourself peace by examining your thoughts.
    The Work by Byron Katie is the path to your true self, where you meet yourself in the presence of YOURSELF. The Work gives you access to freedom in all areas of your life. You get an opportunity to work with different parts of your life; your relationships, your work, your body etc. The Work is a simple and effective method through meditation to solve problems and manage stress. With the help of The Work, you can investigate how your thoughts and beliefs make you feel bad. It's about questioning stories you believe about yourself and your surroundings. Thoughts that control your life. The Work helps you to accept what is without judgment and live your life more presently. The Work is a meditation in conscious presence in the present that helps you let go of your limiting thoughts and ideas. You find your way back to yourself and experience that you yourself have the answers within you. The Work is wonderful, fun and liberating.

    Hypnosynthesis dissolves blockages and negative thought patterns. With hypnosynthesis, you can dissolve thoughts, feelings and perceptions that prevent you from living life to the fullest. A powerful tool in being one's true self. It can be used to focus on raising awareness, meeting and letting go / solving what is perceived as a problem now, regardless of whether it is about emotional, mental, psychological and psychosomatic problems. The mind, which wants to analyze, understand and have ideas, is usually in the way of changes in depth, but with Hypnosynthesis we can get past this and achieve fast and permanent results. Many people experience it as magical, how the relaxation, the way of communicating and conversation bypasses the intellect and does the job in the subconscious.

  • EFT - Emotienal Freedom Techniques
    The body has an outstanding ability to heal itself. Sometimes, however, it may need some support in this work. EFT is a synthesis of the ancient wisdom of traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) and newer Western ideas and is sometimes called Energy Psychology. The essence of EFT can be expressed as: Every unpleasant feeling is due to a disturbance in the body's energy system.
    By tapping on selected acupuncture points and at the same time focusing on their problem, emotional discomfort can often go away both quickly and unusually painlessly with lasting results. It has been shown that even physical symptoms often disappear just as quickly. The energy in the meridians that run through our body can be blocked or disturbed by unsolved negative experiences, thereby hindering our natural healing ability. People are quite often aware of the events or memories that trigger unpleasant feelings, but they have not yet linked these memories to the disease symptoms in their body. By using EFT, it is possible to get in touch with the current events and balance the disturbed meridians. Correctly done, both the discomfort and the physical symptoms often disappear immediately.
    EFT is based on acupuncture, but the method is simplified by instead of using acupuncture needles, gently tapping the meridians' end points on the head, chest and hands. I have achieved incredible results with the help of EFT, whether it has been about physical or mental problems.
